The teachings in this book are phenomenal, the energy and feelings derived from this book during the constant realization of how much we’ve been suffering and living daily life completely wrong is what empowers me. I’m going to read this book again and again until it becomes apart of who I am. I’d recommend this book to anyone who’s “suffering” in life or wanting to see a change. Right now is the time to do so.

This book is a good introduction for someone who’s never taking the time to understand the power of meditation or an ego death. If you’ve had those experiences than I would suggest a more advanced book on the subject but either way it’s a good read. Gets a little repetitive at times but overall I think Tolle did his points well.

There is good reason to believe that this text puts Eckhart in the same category as Paul. This is an epistle, not a book. Eckhart Tolle is a modern day apostle.
